Banana Coconut Flour Bread

Ingredients
4 Ripe Bananas1/4 Cup Melted Smart Balance1/4 Cup Raw Agave Nectar1 Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Baking Soda3/4 Cups Coconut Flour3/4 Cups Walnuts
Directions
Mash the 4 ripe bananas

Mix the bananas with the wet ingredients (Smart Balance, Agave, Egg, Vanilla)

Add the flour and baking soda to the wet ingredients and mix

Mix 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

Add to grease loaf pan, add remaining walnuts on top

Bake at 350 for 60 minutes
