20 oz Jennie O Lean Ground Turkey1/2 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs (Garlic & Herb)1/4 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Grated Parmesean Cheese4 cloves of garlic - chopped or minced1/2 small onion - finely chopped1/4 cup water - give or take1 (26.46oz) pkg Pomi Strained Tomatoes1 (15oz) can Wild Harvest Organic Tomato SauceSeasonings (Oregano, basil etc. I used Wildtree Spaghetti Seasoning)
Mix turkey, bread crumbs, garlic and onion. Add the water in a little at a time until desired consistancy - you don't want it too wet.
Roll meatballs into golf ball size - it will make 12.
Broil on high until browned. Turn over, broil until browed. Take out of oven.
In large sauce pan mix the tomatoes, sauce and seasonings. Add the meatballs and simmer at least 30 minutes.
