Simple Sausage and Cabbage

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 lb. link sausage (all natural chicken sausage with no antibotics if you can find it) 1 head of fresh, tender cabbage (organic if you can get it), chopped1 medium sweet onion. choppedsalt and pepper to tastea hit of cayenne pepper
Directions
Chop the sausage into 1" pieces. Brown in a skillet with the olive oil, then add the onions and cook until tender. Add the cabbage and seasonings, cook until the cabbage wilts down, and serve.

    LOVE this recipe. Used organic chicken apple/gouda sausage and added no salt added organic diced tomatoes. Didn't need the oil just used the sausage greese to cook everything with so scrumptous - 5/4/10
