Italian Style Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
* *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz * Onions, raw, 1/8 cup, chopped fine * *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp*1/2 tsp. italian seasoning*salt and pepper*1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Makes 7 servings-2 meatballs per serving

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll into balls--try to make them all even. Broil in oven for 15-20 minutes, turning once, to brown, or use saute pan to brown them. Either way, use non stick spray to lubricate your pan. For best results, put the meatballs after they've been cooked into a pot of your favorite spaghetti sauce and heat the meatballs and sauce together. If you simmer them together the flavor of the meatballs will infuse your sauce and the meatballs get more tender.
