6 large hard-boiled eggs3 tbsp light Mayo4 tsp Grey Poupon Mustard1 tsp PaprikaSalt, to tastePepper, to tasteHard boil 6 eggs, peel and split in half. Reserve yolk in bowl and place empty egg halves into flat dish.Add Lt. Mayo, mustard, and salt and pepper to bowl with yolks. Mash all ingredients together. Spoon equal mixtures of mash into 12 halves of eggs. Sprinkle top with paprika. Best served chilled for about an hour.
Serving size equals one half of egg.
