Thai beef salad with cilantro and mandarin oranges

Ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice2 Tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce2 teaspoons sesame oil2 cloves garlic, minced2 teaspoons finely minced fresh ginger1 pound flank steak1 6 3/4 ounce bag rice flour noodles (rice sticks)2 tablespoons oyster sauce1 cup mandarin orange sections1 cup snow peas, ends trimmed and halved2 green onions, chopped1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Place steak in a shallow baking dish and pour over 4 tablespoons of the orange-juice mixture, reserving remaining liquid.
Broil steak 5 minutes per side for medium meat. Remove dish from oven and let steak stand 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Add reserved orange-juice mixture and oyster sauce. Toss to coat noodles. Add orange sections, snow peas, green onions and cilantro, and toss.
Slice steak crosswise, across the grain, into thin slices. Add to noodle mixture and gently toss to combine.
