Cucumber Dip 1Tablespoon=serving

Ingredients
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .5 cup Sour Cream, 1 cup Cucumber (peeled), .5 large (8-1/4" long)
Directions
Slice 1/2 cucumber and put 1/2 into the food processor. Mix the processed cucumber, the slices, mayo and sour cream. Allow to sit in the firdge for atleast 4 hours until cold.

Makes 1.5 cups. Serving size is 1 Tablespoon. Eat with crackers, bread or veggies.
