Ingredients
4 C. 5 grain rolled cereal (or oats)1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 C. wheat germ1/2 C. chocolate flavored whey protein powderpinch of salt1/2 C. honey1/4 C. pure maple syrup1/4 C. mollasses2 TBSP I can't believe it's not butter spreadnuts (if desired)dried fruit (if desired)
Directions
In a saucepan, mix wet ingredients together including the spread. Heat on stove until melted and mixed.
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Add nuts if desired. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Add dried fruit. Cool. Store in air tight container. Makes 16 servings.
