Ingredients
32 oz ricotta cheese2 eggs1/2 cup paremsan cheese3 24 oz jars of tomato sauce18 pasta noodles1 lb. ground beef16 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Brown ground beef. Drain. Mix ground beef with sauce. Mix ricotta with egg and parmesan. In 2 13 X 9 pans, layer sauce mixture, 3 uncooked lasagna strips, ricotta mixture. Repeat 2 more times. Top with mozzarella. Bake COVERED at 350 F for 1 hour. Allow to set for 5-10 minutes before serving. Makes 16 servings, 8 per pan.
