Boiled Potatoes with margarine

Ingredients
large potatoes w/ skin-28salt-1 teaspoonmargarine-1 cup
Directions
Wash potatoes and then peel removing skins and eyes.
Place potatoes in cold water. Rinse potatoes twice and
drain. Fill pan with water to cover potatoes and add salt.
Bring to boil and cook till fork tender. Place lid on kettle and drain. Place in sprayed 1/2 size deep steam table pan. Add 1 cup margarine to drained potatoes. Dish up with #8 disher for 1/2 cup servings.
