Ingredients
2tsp cornstarch4tsp rice vinegar1/8c water1/3c sugar1/4c chili sauce1tbsp lite soy sauce1tsp lemon juice1/4tsp ground gingerdash of salt1/4 tsp minced garlic8 chicken wings, sectioned
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in a plastic gallon sized zip lock bag. Combine well. Add chicken. Coat well. Marinate for any extended period of time, but not necessary. Place chicken on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until juices run clear. Turn once during baking.

    wonderful flavor, need to use 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce (find this in the Asian section) if you want to kick the zing up a notch :) - 2/18/15
