Tortilla Soup (1 cup)

Ingredients
6 serving jalepeno, sliced & pickled 20 cloves Garlic 2 large Onions, raw 6 cup tomatoes, diced in tomato jiuice, trader joe’s 6 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup 8 oz tortilla chips, trader joe’s white corn organic
Directions
makes 8 1-cup servings

1. Dice chicken into small pieces (1/4" or so). Saute chicken in olive oil. Set aside.
2. In same pot, saute onions till soft. (10 min)
3. Add garlic and saute 5 min.
4. Add canned tomatoes and jalepenos. Saute 15 min.
5. Puree tomato mixture and return to pot.
6. Add 4 cups chicken broth &/or water. Add (optional) diced chicken. Add tortilla chips. Saute 15 min till chips are dissolved in soup mixture.
7. Dice avocado and quarter limes.
8. Serve in bowl topped with (optional) avocado, limes, cheese.
