Taco Soup

Ingredients
kidney beans, taco seasoning, onion, garlic, ground beef, canned tomatoes, corn, mushrooms, olive oil
Directions
dice up onion and sautee in pot with garlic. Add beef and taco seasoning, brown util cooked. Add all other canned items and let simmer for 20 min. or so. Serve with crushed tortilla chips or cheese or even scallions and sour cream. Feel free to use low fat/ low sodium items and you can substitute the beef for ground turkey.
