Pesto and Parmesan Crusted Pork Steaks with mashed baby potatoes

Ingredients
baby potatoes - 500g boiled and mashed with6 spring onions choppedbutter - 1.5 tbspPork steaks about 500g2 tbsp sacla red pesto25 freshly chopped basil4 tbsp grated parmesan
Directions
boil potatoes

mix chopped basil, gratedparmesan and redpesto together
cover pork steaks on both sides with pesto paste

heat oven/grill to 180deg C
cook one side for 5-7 mins
turn and cook other side until cooked through

mash poatoes with spring onions and butter
serve!
