Creamy Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can campbells healthy request low fat cream of mushroom soup.1/2 Cup Fat free sour cream2 chicken bouillon cubes1 tsp. poultry seasoning1 container sliced portobella mushrooms1 cup waterfreshly ground pepper to taste.
Directions
pace chicken in crock pot. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta (not included in calorie count).
