1/4 c. low-fat yogurt1/4 c. 2% milk1/2 c. frozen blackberries1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. [You could use any type of frozen fruit and any flavor of extract.] This recipe makes 1 1-cup serving.

    It was alright, a little bland. I used plain yogurt, though. Is it better with flavored yogurts? Maybe that is my porblem. - 9/4/11
