Vanilla Meringue cookies

Ingredients
4 egg whites1/2 tsp cream of tartardash of salt1/4 cup icing/confectioners sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Using mixer, mix egg whites and cream of tarter on high speed until peaks form. Gradually add sugars, continuing to mix. Add vanilla (or other flavour) extract. Spoon onto lined (parchment paper) pans. Reduce heat of oven to 200 immediately after putting in oven, and bake for 50-60 minutes, until firm and easily removed from parchment paper. Enjoy!
