Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
1 lb (454 grams) trimmed asparagus1/2 pound (227 grams) sliced mushrooms2 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped1.2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Place asparagus and mushrooms in a large plastic bag. Add oil and rosemary. Seal bag and shake until gently coated with oil. Arrange on baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper. Bake 10 minutes until asparagus is tender and crisp.

I love as a side dish, but this is great served over rice or pasta as a main dish.
