Moroccan tomato salsa

Ingredients
tomatoes, yellow peppers, olive oil, garlic, cumin
Directions
Peel tomatoes and chop. Roast the peppers, peel and cut in small cubes. Mince the garlic, and place everything in a pan. Cook at low heat covered for about 30 minutes or till it thickens.
