Shrimp & Mushroom Linguine

Ingredients
1/2 lb raw jumbo shrimp2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced1 cup red pepper, diced1 clove garlic1 tsp olive oil3 oz. uncooked linguine pasta
Directions
Steam shrimp, mushrooms, garlic and red pepper in 1/2 cup water until just cooked. (do not overcook).

Add linguine sauce and simmer to heat through.

Meanwhile, cook linguine until el dente. Add sauce. Serves 6
