Rice with Corn and Canned Cornbeef

Ingredients
Parboiled rice, canned cornbeef, frozen corn kernels, garlic, coconut oil (any oil will do), spices, salt (according to taste), hot sauce (also according to taste).
Directions
Saute garlic in hot oil, with cornbeef & corn kernels, add 8 cups of water, season water to taste with spices, when water comes to a boil add your rice, stir once. Let cook uncovered when rice rises to the top and the water is evaporating, (small bubbles), lower your fire and close your lid. Let cook on very low flame for about 20min.
