Our favorite Hummus

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can of Bush's Best Garbanzo beans1/3 cup olive oil4 tsp lemon juice2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp cumin1/4 tsp ground red pepper (I use cayenne)salt to taste (and pepper if preferred)
Directions
process first 6 ingredients in food processor until smooth (add a tbsp of water if it won't smooth out) Transfer to a bowl and chill for 2 hours (unless you're impatient like me - stick it in the freezer for 10 minutes)

You can make this spicy-cilantro by substituting lime juice, adding extra red pepper and 1/3 cup firmly chopped fresh cilantro and 2 tsp grated lime rind.

To make roasted red bell pepper - omit cumin and add 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped and 2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves to the food processer
