Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup brown sugar2 cup flour1/2 cup butter4 Tbsp cocoa1/2 cup water1 cup buttermilk1 tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla2 eggs, beaten1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Spray the bottom of a 9"x13" cake pan with cooking spray. Add 2 tsp of flour in pan and lightly coat the bottom with flour. Tap out the extra flour.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt. In a sauce pan put butter, cocoa, and water. Heat on low until butter is melted. Measure 1 cup of buttermilk into a 2 cup container than add the baking soda and stir. (You will need the larger container for the buttermilk to expand. ) Add melted mixture to dry mixture. Then add the buttermilk mixture and eggs. Using a whisk, stir until everything is smooth. Batter will be runny. Pour into a prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until tooth pick when inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool and add 8 ounces of prepared chocolate frosting.
