Ingredients
2 Tbls Olive oil/canola oil mix1 Tbls Balsamic vinegar1 tsp. Lemon juice1 Tbls Minced Shallots1 Tbls Italian Seasoning1 Tbls Garlic2 Lbs. Chicken breast raw boneless skinless sliced16 6 inch flour Tortilla16 slices tomato2 C romaine lettuce chopped8 Tbls Roasted garlic Humus2 Avacado skinned and sliced
Directions
Makes 16 - 6 inch wraps
**Pita bread can be substituted for Tortilla

In a bowl add and mix well
Olive oil/canola oil mix, Balsamic vinegar, Lemon juice, Minced Shallots, Italian Seasoning, Garlic
Add
Chicken breast slices, let marinade 2 hours
drain and in a small saute pan cook chicken till done
Assemble
On tortilla spread humas, top with 2 oz chicken, 1 slice tomato, avacado, and romaine lettuce

    Easy to make and yummy. :) I actually just used pre-cooked chicken chunks from Swanson & marinated them for 30 minutes. I didn't want a warm wrap on this hot, summer day. - 7/19/10
