Lemon Bars

Ingredients
Crust:2 cups flour1/2 cup powdered sugar1 cup butterTopping:4 eggs2 cups sugar1/3 cup lemon juice1/4 cup flour1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Crust:
Cut all ingredients together and spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix first three ingredients of topping slowly. Add flour and baking powder. Pour mixture over crust.
Bake 350 for 25 minutes.

    This isn't lemony enough for me, and it seems to have lots of calories in a tiny piece. It was a hit with company but I'll go for something with more nutrition next time. - 7/16/08
