Italian Meatball Pasta with Vodka Sauce

Ingredients
12 oz Medium Shell Pasta25 oz Jar of Trader Joe's (Trader Giotto's) Organic Vodka Sauce3 oz Meatballs, Frozen6 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded2 Tsp Chopped Garlic1 Tbsp Ground Oregano
Directions
Preheat Oven and cook Meatballs according to package directions.

While Meatballs are cooking, boil water for Pasta and pour jar of Sauce into saucepan to heat up on Medium High heat. Add Herbs and Garlic to sauce. Heat through.

Cook Pasta and drain.

When Meatballs are done, remove and let cool slightly. Cut Meatballs in 1/2 or in 1/4's and add to sauce.

Dish up Pasta, spoon Sauce on top and add 1 Tbsp Parmesan to each serving!

Serves 6
Enjoy!

(I served this with a garden salad with italian dressing and a small portion of homemade garlic bread.)
