Sun dried tomato turkey meatloaf

Ingredients
20 oz of 93 % lean ground turkey1 med onion chopped2 cloves of garlic minced1/2 c red peppers chopped1/2c chopped sun dried tomatos1/2c bread crumbs1 Egg1/4c skim milk2T dried parsley1/4 shredded parm cheese1/4t salt1/8t pepper
Directions
preheat oven to 425F

add chopped onion to skillet and brown for 5mins, then add garlic and cook for 2 more mins. set aside to cool

mix remaining ingrediants EXCEPT for parm cheese in a large bowl. Once onion mixture has cooled add to mixtured and place in a loaf pan. Sprinkle shredded parm cheese on top.

Bake covered for 30 mins. Remove cover and cook for 15 more minutes.

Enjoy with a side of mixed veggies ( not included in nutrion value)
