Stovetop grilled veggies

Ingredients
1 spear broccoli1 med. carrot1/2 cup green beans or snow peas1 med onion2 cloves mashed garlic1 tsp olive oil1 tsp soy sauceother veggies may be added as you like
Directions
Wash and cut veggies into medium size chunks.
Mix other ingredients.
Place veggies on large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Drizzle seasonings on top.
Wrap tightly.
Place directly over flame on medium high.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on how crunchy you like your veggies.
