Ingredients
one eggone egg whiteshredded zucchini, 0.5 cupscooked broccolidiced onion, to taste1 slice red fat provolone.
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheese slice. Place in small skillet with cheese on top. Cook until egg is cooked and cheese is melted. Serve with hot sauce, ketchup, salsa, etc :)
