Oatmeal Cranberry Walnut Scones

Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 2 cups*Wheat Montana Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupHoney, .1/4 cupBaking Powder, 2 tspBaking Soda, 1/2 tsp *MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 1 tsp Olive Oil, .1/2 cup Milk, 1%, 1/2 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cupWalnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Pre heat oven to 400*
Mix all ingredients. Spray round cake pan with nonstick spray and press 1/2 mixture in to it with waxed paper. Turn out on to waxed paper and cut into 8 sections. Place section on to sprayed cookie sheet and do the other 1/2 of mixture. Bake for 20-25 min or until golden brown.
