Chicken Teriyaki Stir-Fry

Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts1 green pepper1 red pepper2 lrg carrots2 heads of broccoli1 can drained baby corn2 shallots1tsp of olive oil4 tbsp Lighthouse Teriyaki saucesalt + pepper to taste1 tbs garlic
Directions
Cop all vegetables.
Add shallots and garlic to skillet with olive oil.
Add vegetables, cooked chicken and seasonings/sauce.
Cover and let simmer for 30 mins.
