"A Date with an Avocado" Smoothie

6 Medjool Dates1/2 Large Avocado1 Large Banana ( 8 -8-7/8)1oz of Raw Almonds1 Tb of Ground Flaxseed1 Cup of Distilled or Purified Water
Add all ingredients to a good blender like Vitamix, Blendtec or Kitchenaid and liquify till smoothie consistency or to your liking of thickness if too thick add more water.
You can also use Raw Almond Milk or Soy Milk. I chose water.
It tastes a bit sweet from the Dates you can use less Dates if you'd like, since I used 6 probably 4 would do depends on your sweet tooth.
