Pumpkin Protein Bars

Ingredients
4 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, toasted28 oz canned pumpkin3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup wheat germ1/2 cup oat bran1/2 cup flaxseed, coarsely ground2 cups protein powder (unflavored, vanilla, or caramel)1/2 cup honey1 tsp sweet n low if desired for added sweetness4 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Toast oats till crunchy. Mix all ingredients except oats in mixer. Add oats. Press into large cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
