1/2 C soy sauce1/4 C water2 T Canola Oil1 t Ground Ginger1/4 t black pepper2 cloves garlic3 lbs pork tenderloin
In a large glass bowl with a lid, combine the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, oil, ginger, pepper, and garlic. Set aside. Cube the pork into bite size pieces. toss in the marinade, cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. thread the meat on skewers and grill over hot coals for 5 min. on each side. do not over cook.
