1/20Bag of marshmallows3 cups or so of puffed brown rice or red wheat cereal1 Tblsp. wheat germ1Tblsp. milled golden flax seed1 Tblsp. oat brancooking spray
Spray pan and casserole dishes with cooking spray.Use a half of a bag of standard large marshmallows. Melt in microwave or on convention stove top. Add puffed brown rice or puffed red wheat cereal. Also if you have these items, add 1 Heaping Tablespoon each of wheat germ (raw or toasted), ground golden flax, oat bran. Stir and push into pan. Let set for a few moments and cut into bars. Makes approx.12 bars.
