Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
2 pkg fat free cream cheese, softened1/2 c. Hellman's Canola Mayonaise1/2 c. 2% milk1/2 c. parmesan cheese1/2 c. mozzerella cheese, shredded3 cloves garlic, minced1 TBS onion powder2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained2 cans artichoke hearts, drained well
Directions
Place minced garlic in a large skillet over low to medium heat. Stir in cubed cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and continue to heat over low heat. Stir in spinach, adding it gradually so that it all breaks up. At this stage, for color and variety, you can also add in some roasted red peppers that have been chopped. Stir in mayo, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and chopped artichoke hearts. Add in enough milk to get a good consistency. Heat through and place in a serving dish. Serve with wheat things, sociables or triscuits!
