Santa Fe Chicken

1 can black beans, drained1 1/2 Tbsp ground cumin1 can whole kernel corn, drained1 1/2 cups medium salsa, divided1 medium onion, chopped4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese
1. Combine black beans, corn, 1 cup salsa, ground cumin, and onion in the crock pot and stir.
2. Add chicken breasts and additional 1/2 cup salsa. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
3. Add cream cheese to crock pot. Cook one more hour.
4. After additional hour of cooking, stir mixture to shred chicken.
5. Serve over rice or as wraps with tortillas.
