garden club chicken casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cut up chicken breast cooked (16oz)1 1/2 cup chopped celery sauteed in butter1 can cream of chicken soup (i'm using the homemade substittue)1 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)1 T instant minced onion1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/8 tsp ground ginger1 bag of brown ready rice
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, place in 9x13 casserole

add 1 cup crushed corn flakes
2 T butter

melt butter, add sauteed corn flakes. top casserole with mixture. bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. can be made a day ahead and refrigerate.
