Using a whisk blend the dry ingredients well. Using same whisk to beat the wet ingredients well. Mix wet and dry and let stand for a couple of minutes to thicken. Not to long or unable to spread. You can add any flavors to this to suit what ever bread you want.
Pour on a prepared 13x11 baking pan with sides. Bake 20 minutes at 350.

I ran across this recipe and changed it up a bit to even add more health benefits, Stevia instead of splenda, evoo instead of any other oil. I also use this base for muffins, hot cakes, savory or sweet breads, I love it's versatility. I also use different pans for different ideas. 11x7 for bars. - 7/14/10

This looks like something I would like..but I have one question. I don't know much about flax seeds. I have a container of seeds that I grind to add to my smoothies, etc. Would the ground seeds be flax meal? Someone please PM me..I would really like to try these.
I'm presuming it's 1/3 *cup* oil? - 11/30/08
