Multigrain Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients (mix together):2/3 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup oat or other flour2 TBSP wheat germ2 tsp sugar1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp saltWet Ingredients (Mix Together separately):1 cup buttermilk1/4 cup soy milk, vanilla flavored1 whole egg1 egg white or 1/4 cup egg substitute1 TBSP canola oil1/4 tsp vanilla1 banana - sliced up kind of thin
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, set aside. Mix wet ingredients together then pour into dry and mix well. Pour batter onto hot pan and then put banana slices on top. Cover with a little more batter. Turn when edges dry slightly. Serve with strawberry slices or puree.
