1 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky)1 cup honey1 cup **Kamut Flakes1 cup diced dried cranberries1 cup sliced almonds3 scoops chocolate protein powder1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1. In medium-size pot, heat honey & peanut butter on stove over med heat until texture is runny.
2. Mix in cranberries, nuts, kamut flakes, protein powder and cinnamon. Stir until all ingredients are well coated.
3. Let mixture cool in fridge.
4. Roll into 2 dozen bite-size balls using about 2.5 Tbsp per ball.
MAKES 24 BALLS.
