One dish healthy stir fry

1 small onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped Or in garlic press2 large stalks of celery, chopped1 large green (bell) pepper6 large fresh mushrooms1 1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli1 TBS sesame oil1 TBS olive oil3 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
Chop all veggies and mushrooms and have ready to stir fry. Place the two oils in wok or LARGE heavy skillet. Add onions and stir fry for about 1 minute or until starting to turn translucent. Add garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add Celery and stir fry for about 30 seconds. Add Bell pepper and stir fry for about 1 minute. Pull these ingredients up on sides and add mushrooms to center, stir fry for about 2 minutes, then add broccoli and stir fry until broccoli turns a dark green. Add soy sauce. (may add chilis at this time if you like). Stir to mix well, then add rice and stir to mix well.
