Sweet n sour meatballs

Meatballs2 lbs Ground turkey, lean1 Tbsp Italian herb seasoning1/3 cup egg beaters1/2 cup Panko crumbsSauce5 tbsp sugar-free preserves1/2 cup Cider Vinegar,1 cup Tomato juice, without salt added
In a medium bowl, combine lean turkey, Italian herb seasoning, panko and egg beaters until well mixed.
Form meat into 1/2 inch balls and place them in your slow cooker.
In a clean med sized bowl, combine vinegar, juice, and preserves of your choice, pour this over your meatballs, stirring to coat them.
Turn on slow cooker to low heat, cook without opening lid for 6 hours.
Serve with whole wheat buns or over brown rice.
3-4 meatballs per serving.
