Peanut Butter French Toast

Ingredients
5 slices whole wheat bread3 tbsp peanut butter1/2 cup milk1 egg1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Spread approximately 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter on each slice of bread and set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients together in a shallow bowl and blend thoroughly. Dip each piece of bread in the batter and fry in a pan over medium heat until browned on both sides.

Top with maple syrup or jam (not included in nutritional info) and enjoy!
