Kim Burly's Whole Wheat Dark Chocolate Cookies

1 cup light margarine1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup sugar1/2 tsp baking soda2 eggs2 tsp vanilla2.5 cups whole wheat flour1 10.5 oz package of Hershey's Special Dark piecesIn large bowl mix Margarine, sugars and baking soda well. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until combined. Stir in flour. Add chocolate.Drop dough onto cookie sheet by rounded tablespoons. Leave 2 inches on sheet, bake for 10 minutes, enjoy the heck out of them.
Bake at 375°
Makes about 40 2.5-inch cookies, depending on how much dough you eat before it gets to the sheet. :)
