shrimp and spinach toss

Ingredients
cooked frozen shrimp, 6 oz Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Mushrooms, fresh, .33 cup, pieces or slices Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 3 dash blue bonnet light butter, 2 tbsp
Directions
Take 2 tbsp blue bonnet light butter, 6 oz shrimp, 1 medium ripe tomato chopped, 1 stalk celery chopped and Mushrooms, fresh, .33 or 1/3 cup, pieces or slices, all in a frying pan. Stir occasionally. Cook until water has thickened down. Then add 3 dashes of ground black pepper or add to taste. Then add1 bag fresh spinach and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Toss together. Cover and cook till spinach starts to wilt. You might have to toss once more while cooking the spinach. Spinach will cook fast so watch it. Once done serve and enjoy.
