cream cheese muffins

Ingredients
2- 8oz pkg cream cheese1 scoop J Robb protein powder vanilla2 eggs1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla1 tsp (scant) NuStevia
Directions
Microwave cream cheese 40 seconds or until soft. Mix all other ingredients together. put into 12 muffins, cook in water bath. 350 degrees for 18-20 min. take out of oven, cover with foil/towel, allow to cool for 45ish min, remove from water bath, cool another 45 on counter (covered), ok to cool completely in freezer.

This is merely my additions to a great recipe.
