Erika's Italian Pita/Wrap Mix w/ Chicken

Ingredients
2.5 oz avocadoes diced3 oz leaf lettuce shredded3 ounces tomato, diced1/2 cup price chopper light italian dressing12 ounces hannaford 99% fat free chicken breast
Directions
-season the chicken how you want it, then place it in a pan with nonstick cooking spray, and cook about 15-20 mins.
-while chicken is cooking, u can chop/shred remaining ingredients (lettuce, tomato, and avocadoes)
-throw ingredients in a bowl as you chop it up
-once chicken is cooked through, dice that up as well and toss in with everything else.
-finally, add the dressing and toss til evenly coated.

Voila! I enjoy this with a pita cut in half so i get two sandwiches out of it. the nutritional info DOES NOT unclude any wrap or pita. A svg yields about a half cup.
