Crock Pot Cabbage Carrots with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
20 oz Ground Turkey Breast (Raw-weight)2 Jalapeno Peppers1 Yellow Bell Peppers2 cloves minced garlic2 tsp paprika1/2 Cumin1/2 lb. carrots finely chopped or grated3 Tb s Olive Oil1 Medium Head of Cabbage2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Bullion or Broth
Directions
10 1 cup servings
Place two tbs olive oil in large skillet add garlic, turkey-brown
Add carrots and all peppers add broth or low sodium bullion
Add spices cover and simmer for twenty minutes
Place cabbage in Crock Pot
Pour in other ingredients and cook on low for 6 hours.
