Pecan Shortbread cookies

Ingredients
4 sticks (2 cups) margarine or unsalted butter, softened1 3/4 cups powdered sugar3 1/2 cups flour1/2 cups cornstarch1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Directions
Makes 30 servings, 2 cookies each

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray 2-3 cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray

Beat 1 cup powdered sugar and butter in large mixing bowl with mixer until fluffy. Add cornstarch and flower; mix well. Add pecans, stir.

Roll dough into 1 inch balls, place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Flatten tops of cookies slightly with the bottom of a glass.

Bake 13 minutes or until cookies are set. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets. Add cookies to remaining powdered sugar to coat.

Cool completely before serving.
